

Since 2004, Thomas O has been the principal owner of an independent insurance brokerage firm operating both in Las Vegas, NV and Southern California. His experience and expertise include life insurance, disability, health & welfare and employer sponsored benefits. Through his vision and desire to continuously bring value to his clients, Thomas has created an innovative approach to how businesses and corporations offer their employee benefits package. Incorporating an HR perspective in regards to managing an organizations health & welfare benefits has allowed small to mid size businesses the same luxury that all Fortune 500 companies enjoy. Carrie Casey has over 15 years experience in human resources management. Her most recent experience is with a medical device manufacturing company as the west coast HR manager. Industry experience in human resources also includes banking, relocation organizations, IT staffing and manufacturing. Carrie's experience in human resources has allowed her to work in all manners of functional areas including administrative support, full circle performance management, coaching, counseling, policy development, training and development, and as a human resources business partner in the management team. Carrie's experience in managing the health and welfare benefits for these organizations has allowed her the unique insight to solve problems and provide solutions to our clients.
Carrie has been involved in many organizations in the human resources field including the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Professional In Human Resources Association (PIHRA), as well as business and development organizations such as National Association for Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
Carrie has spent 10 years in Hong Kong and Beijing, China, earning a bachelor's degree from the Chinese Language and Culture University in Beijing. Her interest in other cultures has allowed her to develop specific training courses designed to enable the understanding of cultural differences allowing the integration of multiple cultures to global organizations.

Deborah L Reinhard has over fourteen years of executive management experience in the human resources field, most recently as vice president of human resources in the healthcare, IT software industry. Her experience spans the software, electronic manufacturing, communications, energy, and DoD sectors. Throughout her career , Deborah has enjoyed supporting small business and corporations in various specialist and management roles, and she offers expertise in all facets of human resources management.
Deborah enjoys being actively involved with various professional and volunteer organizations in the business community. She was past chairperson for the Compensation Practices Association in San Diego and chairperson for the Women in Engineering Technology Board at San Diego City College, a collaborative partnership forged between industry and academics. Deborah is a current member of both the national and San Diego Chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), where she serves as ambassador on San Diego SHRM's workplace excellence award A-team. She has also served as chairperson for the San Diego Chapter of the March of Dimes Walk America.
Deborah attended the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA (Sociology), was awarded a Professional Human Resources Certification at San Diego State University and earned her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the nationally recognized Human Resources Certificaiton Institute (HRCI).
